SYC filter press feed pump is a new type of non-leakage filter feed pump developed by our company by introducing foreign technology and combining with the new scientific research results of domestic pump research institute. The unique negative pressure structure design makes the pump have the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, and no leakage when working with high head. It is the replacement product of rubber lined pump, F type corrosion resistant pump, IH chemical centrifugal pump, fluorine alloy pump, which can meet the transmission temperature of the filter press process of -10℃ -120 ℃ with particles and viscosity of various corrosive liquid slurry, the product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, starch pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, leather, paper, food and other industries.

1. The pump adopts the negative pressure structure, the seal adopts the mechanical combination seal, and works in the negative pressure environment, and the pump pressure continues to increase and the flow rate gradually decreases when the long-term transfer of liquid seal does not bear the working pressure, so as to ensure that the seal does not leak.

2. The impeller of the pump adopts a semi-open impeller, the flow channel is wide, the passage is good, there is no blockage when conveying the slurry containing particles, and the particles will not get stuck between the impeller and the pump body and the pump cover, so as to make up for the effect that the general centrifugal pump can not achieve.

3. Simple structure, easy maintenance, unique structural design, in the maintenance and replacement of impeller, seal, bearing and other wearing parts, without disassembling the pipe can be completed.

4. It can use a variety of materials: 1cr18Ni9Ti, 1cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, lined with tetrafluoroides, American standard 316, 316L, anti-wear alloy steel, cast steel, cast iron and other materials.
