The two-phase flow pulp pump adopts the principle of "relative pumping and relative blocking" in the two-phase flow theory to carry out the hydraulic design of the pump, so that the hydraulic performance of the pump flow parts conforms to the law of solid-liquid two-phase flow, thus reducing the erosion and wear of the slurry on the flow parts, and greatly improving the working efficiency and service life of the pump. This series of pumps has the following significant characteristics:

1. energy saving: the operating efficiency is 3-10 percentage points higher than the average ordinary pulp pump, energy saving, consumption reduction of 15-30%

2. good cavitation performance, long life: the actual service life than ordinary pulp pump can be increased by 2-3 times;

3. high concentration, no blockage: conveying pulp concentration up to 6%;

4. reasonable structure, easy maintenance: the pump head part adopts the front and back open-door structure, maintenance does not need to disassemble the pipeline, just move the motor backward, you can disassemble and repair the pump.

The pumps are especially suitable for:

1. paper industry: used to transport the concentration of less than 6% of the pulp and alkali recovery industrial process intermediate circulation, lifting and pressurization;
