Product characteristics

1. Automatic start: After receiving the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power failure/or other starting signals, the diesel pump unit can automatically start and put into full load operation within 15 seconds;

2. Automatic charging: the battery can be automatically charged by the mains or diesel charging motor to make the smooth start of the unit;

3. Automatic alarm: automatic alarm protection for diesel engine faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature, alarm and shutdown at excessive speed;

4. Automatic preheating: make the diesel engine in the heat engine standby state to ensure emergency work;

5. Direct connection type: The diesel pump unit below 360kw adopts the domestic diesel engine and the pump through the elastic coupling directly connected technology, reducing the point of failure, and greatly shortening the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;

Standard Scope of supply:

1) Automatic diesel pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base, (water heater), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler, expansion joint, automatic control screen (using the original British DEEP SEA 520 automatic controller).

2) Provide the inspection report of type inspection or commissioned inspection issued by the National fire equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center according to customer requirements.

3) According to customer requirements, the pump group, the bottom oil tank, the automatic control screen, the battery group composite integrated model.
