Purpose:

1. ZXL direct connected self-priming pump is suitable for industrial and urban drainage, construction, fire, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, paper making, industrial and mining washing, equipment cooling, etc. The temperature of the medium is only 80℃, the viscosity is less than 100 centiper cent, and the solid content can reach 30% or less.

2, CYZ-A direct connected self-priming centrifugal pump, widely used in oil depots, gas stations, oil tankers, oil tankers, terminals, oil trucks, airports, respectively, to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet coal and so on. Working principle of structure

Both ZXL direct connected self-priming pump and CYZ-A direct connected self-priming centrifugal pump adopt the pump body structure of axial liquid return. The pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump starts normally, the impeller inhales the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipe together, and can be completely mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid carries the gas to the outdoor edge of the vortex. At the outer edge of the impeller, a white foam band with a certain thickness and a high-speed spinning ring are formed. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion tube. At this time, due to the sudden decrease in flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the mixture, and the gas continues to rise through the pump body. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber and enters the impeller again through the reflux hole. It is mixed with the gas inhaled from the suction pipe inside the impeller again. Under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, the degassed liquid flows to the outer edge of the impeller...... . As this process goes on again and again, the air in the suction line is continuously reduced until the gas is sucked out, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation. Because of this unique exhaust capability, both pumps can transport liquids containing gases without the need to install a bottom valve. CYZ-A direct-connected self-priming centrifugal oil pump has good sweeping function when used on oil tankers.

Structure description:
