1. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump has compact structure. This series of pump is horizontal structure, machine pump integration, beautiful appearance, less floor area, compared with ordinary self-priming pump, floor area is reduced by 30%. If the IP54 outdoor motor is used, no pump room is required and it can be placed outdoors for use.

2. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump has stable operation, low noise and high component concentricity. The motor and pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the smoothness of operation. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, no vibration during operation, low noise, prolongation of the service life of the bearing and improvement of the use environment.

3. ZXL direct connected self-priming pump shaft seal with mechanical seal, dynamic and static rings made of cemented carbide, anti-wear no leakage, long service life.

4. ZXL direct connected self-priming pump adopts high hydraulic model, with high efficiency, good performance and other characteristics.

5. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump is easy to install, use and maintain. The discharge line does not need to install a check valve, and the suction line does not need to install a bottom valve, so the pipeline system is simplified and the working conditions are improved.

6. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump has unique structure and good self-priming performance, and only needs to store quantitative primer in the pump body before work.

Conditions of use:

1. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump ambient temperature ≤40℃, elevation ≤1000m, relative humidity ≤95%, medium temperature ≤80℃, special requirements up to 200℃.

2. ZXL direct-connected self-priming pump self-priming height can not exceed the specified value of 5-6.5 meters, suction tube length ≤10 meters.
