【 Product Overview 】

The suction inlet and leaf exit of the pump are under the axis of the pump, and are perpendicular to the axis into a horizontal direction. No need to remove the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance. From the driving direction, the water pump rotates clockwise (it can also be changed to counterclockwise 旆 according to user needs). The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve and so on. 【 Installation sequence 】

(1) Put the water pump and electric jia on the anchor screw check, put on the nut, and put on the concrete foundation reserved for the anchor bolt hole. By adjusting the wedge pad between the base, the level is corrected and the coaxiality of the motor shaft on the pump is calibrated. Then fill all the anchor holes with concrete.

(2) After the concrete is dry and solid, then check the coaxiality of the pump and the motor shaft. Calibration on the outer circle of the two couplings, the error is not more than 0.1mm. The non-uniformity tolerance of the end machine clearance along the circumference is 0.3mm. Check the calibration accuracy after tightening the anchor nut, and then fill the bottom of the motor and pump foot with concrete, but the wedge block must be left around.

(3) Check that the motor rotation is consistent with the pump, and install the coupling pin.

4. The inlet and outlet water pipes should be supported separately, and the pump body should not be supported.

5. the joint surface between the pump and the pipeline should be kept well sealed, especially the water inlet pipe must be strictly non-leaking, and there should be no possibility of storing air on the device.

6. If the water pump device is above the water level, the bottom valve should be installed in order to start the water. The method of pumping water can also be used.
