【 Structure description 】

The suction and outlet of this type of pump are under the pump axis, the horizontal direction and the axis into a vertical position, the pump shell open, maintenance without disassembling the water, discharge pipe and motor (or other prime mover) from the coupling to the direction of the pump, the pump is rotating counterclockwise. If according to the user's special order needs can also be changed to clockwise rotation.

The main other parts of this type of pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve, bearing and so on. In addition to the material of the shaft is carbon steel, the rest are mostly made of cast iron.

The pump body and the pump cover form the impeller workshop, and the inlet and outlet water flange is provided with a tube snail for installing a vacuum gauge and pressure gauge, and the lower part of the inlet and outlet water flange is provided with a tube snail for discharging water.

After static balance check, the impeller is fixed by the sleeve and the sleeve nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the sleeve nuts. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades, and there may be some remaining axial force borne by the bearings at the coaxial end.

The pump shaft is supported by two single-row centripetal ball bearings, which are installed in the bearing body at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with butter. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage of the water pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.

The pump is driven directly by the motor through a coupling.

The shaft seal is a soft packing seal, in order to cool and lubricate the sealing cavity and prevent air leakage in the pump, there is a water sealing ring between the packing, and a small amount of high pressure water flows through the water sealing tube to the packing cavity when the pump is working.
