1. according to the use of the pump to determine the control type

● Not marked: liquid level control. For high water tank water supply, when the reservoir low water level to stop the pump, high water level of the high water tank to turn off the pump, the bottom water level to open the pump. The use of this type of high-performance KEY float switch equipped with Italian technology can reliably realize the automatic control of the water supply and drainage pump according to the change of liquid level height and bottom. Other level controllers can also be used.

P type: pressure control, with external electric contact pressure gauge or pressure controller, can be realized according to the change of pipe network pressure automatically open and close the pump. This type is widely used in domestic water supply and fire pressurization system, the application range is very wide.

● Type T: Temperature control. External temperature controller, pump on or off according to the set temperature range, used in constant temperature, heat exchange system.

Type S: According to the timing needs to control the opening and closing of the pump, suitable for a variety of timing or regular interval working mode control.

● Type X: Fire protection type. This type according to the national fire code design, fire, spray pump can be started: 1. Chassis panel manual; 2. Start each fire hydrant or pressure switch; 3. Fire center DC24V starts. And the pump sent to the fire center stop, open signal contact for indication.

● Type K: air conditioning pump control. This type is specially designed for air conditioning pump supporting products. Select primary pump and standby pump with manual switch before starting. When the active pump fails, the standby pump is automatically put into operation. Generally, both the active and standby pumps can be controlled in this way.

●As: automatic switching/manual switching

It is suitable for the occasions when the main and standby pumps need to be regularly exchanged, so that the long-term continuous working time is evenly divided between the main and standby pumps, and the conventional switching time is 8/12 hours. When automatic switching is not required, the switch can be turned into manual switching mode to select the main and standby pumps. This model has the function of automatic switching of standby pumps.

●Ac: Alternating automatic switching/manual switching is suitable for the occasions when the main and standby pumps need to work in turn, and the main and standby pumps are exchanged once every time they are started. When there is no need to alternate, the transfer switch can also be used to manually switch to select the main and standby pumps. This model has the function of self-injection pump (fire, spray main pump can not choose this mode of operation).

●Z: Sewage pumps above 150kw generally use autobuck or soft start. Fire and spray pumps also use this starting mode

●Y: If there is no special requirement for the pump above 150kw, it is generally started by Y-△ step-down mode.

4. Interpretation of terms

▲ Automatic start and stop: by the system sensor (float, electric contact pressure gauge, etc.) or control center start and stop equipment;

▲ Remote start and stop: remote switch (manual pull) start and stop equipment;

▲ Manual alternations: select the main pump and standby pump by the panel pump switch;

▲ Timing alternations: suitable for continuous working system, the main pump and standby pump work alternately according to the equipment time interval, so that the continuous working time is evenly divided in the main and standby pump;

▲ Automatic alternation: suitable for continuous working system, the main pump and backup pump automatically alternate according to the start and stop of the equipment, so that the pump runs evenly;

▲ Backup pump: When the main pump fails, the backup pump is put into operation by itself.

5. SBK electrical control cabinet structure

The structure of the control cabinet is divided into loop part, control loop part and external accessory part.

Main loop: refers to the power input through the circuit breaker, contactor main contact, thermal relay main loop to the output terminal (connected to the motor) circuit.

Control circuit: The control circuit, protection circuit and display circuit from the signal receiving to the completion of the contactor switching on or off.

External accessories: high-seal float switch, electric contact pressure gauge, temperature meter, etc., for the realization of automatic working mode signal components.
