Product Overview

1. Purpose and scope of use

XZ vacuum pump, which is a rotary oil seal single-stage vacuum pump. Basic equipment used to remove gas from sealed containers to obtain vacuum.

The pump can be used in various vacuum operations such as air conditioning, repair of refrigeration equipment, suction devices of medical instruments, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum plasticization, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices that require a vacuum environment. It can also be used as a fore pump such as small oil booster pump, oil diffusion pump, molecular pump, etc.

This pump is not suitable for removing gases that are corrosive to ferrous metals, chemically react to pump oil, containing particulate dust, and toxic gases that contain too high oxygen and are explosive. It cannot be used as a transfer pump (i.e. pumped from one container to another).

2. Operation instructions

1. Check the oil level and it is advisable to fill oil to the center of the oil standard when stopping the pump. Too low will not act as an oil seal on the exhaust valve, affecting the vacuum pumping degree. Too high will cause the pump oil to splash outward along with the exhaust port, and the oil level will rise during operation, which is a normal phenomenon. The oil should be clean vacuum pump oil of the specified grade. The oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil hole.

2. Check the vacuum pressure of the pump. The vacuum pressure we are targeting is the root limit pressure, and the compressed mercury vacuum gauge shall prevail (as stipulated in the national standards). Other vacuum gauges measure the sum of partial pressures of gas and vapor, so the ratio can only be used as a reference.

3. The pump uses a single-phase power supply. If the power is turned on, the pump can work, but it is not suitable for large exhaust for a long time. After exhaust, air should be put into the pump to keep all parts in the pump balanced.

3. Maintenance and maintenance

1. Keep the pump clean normally to prevent debris from entering the pump. After the pump is used for a long time, the pump oil becomes dirty. The pump oil must be replaced. When replacing the oil, the oil-proof screw will be removed. After the dirty oil is put, the oil-discharge screw will be tightened and the clean vacuum pump oil will be added to the center line of the oil standard.

2. When the pump is not working (parking) the air inlet should be blocked to prevent debris and dust from entering the pump.

3. After the pump is working for a period of time, check whether the pump oil is still at the midpoint of the oil mark. If it is insufficient, add oil. If it is found that the pump oil is decomposed or there are debris, the oil should also be changed.

4. If the vacuum level is found to be abnormal during operation, it must be disassembled and repaired. But it needs to be guided by people with certain experience.
