1.2XZ double-stage rotary plate vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealed containers. It can act alone, or it can be used as a fore pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., as well as pre-exhaust pumps for maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. It can be used in electrical vacuum device manufacturing, thermos manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, blister repair, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrument matching. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight and low voice, it is more suitable for use in laboratories.
2. Within the ambient temperature range of 540, the air inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa, and the gas ballast valve should be opened when the relative humidity of the exhausted gas is greater than 90%.
3. The air inlet is continuously open and the atmosphere cannot be operated for a single fraction.
4. Not suitable for removing gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react to pump oil, containing particulate dust, and gases that contain too high oxygen, explosive and toxic.
Operation instructions for rotary plate vacuum pump
1. Check the oil level and it is advisable to fill oil to the center of the oil standard when stopping the pump. Too low will not act as an oil seal on the exhaust valve, affecting the vacuum level. Too high may cause fuel injection during air-to-air startup. When operating, the oil level rises, which is normal. The oil is made of the specified grade of cleaning vacuum pump oil and is added from the refueling hole. After the fuel is finished, the screw plug should be screwed. The oil should be filtered to prevent debris from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2.2XZ type rotary plate vacuum pump can be started at the next time when the atmosphere is open or any vacuum degree. If the pump port is equipped with a solenoid valve, it should operate at the same time as the pump.
3. When the ambient temperature is too high, the oil temperature rises, the viscosity drops, and the saturated steam pressure will increase, which will cause the vacuum to drop, especially the full pressure measured with a thermocouple. If ventilation and heat dissipation are enhanced, or pump oil performance is improved, the vacuum can be improved.
4. Check the vacuum of the 2XZ rotary plate vacuum pump to be based on the compressed mercury vacuum gauge. If the meter is fully pre-exhausted and verified, the pump temperature will be stable, and the pump port and the meter will be directly connected. The vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation. The measured value of the total pressure gauge is related to the errors of the pump oil, vacuum gauge, and regulating. Sometimes the error can even be very large and can only be used as a reference.
5. If the relative humidity is high, or the gas being extracted contains more condensed steam, after turning on the pumped container, it is advisable to open the gas ballast valve and close the gas ballast valve after running for 20 to 40 minutes. Before stopping the pump, the air valve can be opened and the air valve can be moved for 30 minutes without load to extend the pump oil life.
6. Selection of oil for 2XZ type rotary plate vacuum pump: The viscosity of the pump oil affects the starting power and the vacuum of the pump. When the viscosity is high, it is beneficial to the vacuum degree, and the starting power is higher. The saturated steam pressure of the oil at the pump temperature will affect the total pressure of the pump, the lower the better. The viscosity of high-speed vacuum pump oil and 3# diffusion pump oil is greater than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, and the saturated steam pressure is lower than that of No. 1 vacuum pump oil, but the price of 3# diffusion pump oil is higher. What oil should be selected according to the above introduction and specific usage requirements.
1. Under normal circumstances, if you want the total pressure to be above 6X10-2 Pa, you can use high-speed vacuum pump oil produced in Shanghai. Small pumps below 4 liters/second can also be replaced by No. 1 vacuum oil pump, and direct-connected pumps above 8 liters/second can be replaced by 3# diffusion pump oil.
2. If the vacuum degree is not high, and the oil pollution is frequently replaced, and the vacuum pump oil supply is difficult, No. 50 mechanical oil can be used instead.
3. If the ambient temperature is low, the starting is difficult, and the vacuum requirement is not high, you can use real-house pump oil or mechanical oil with slightly lower viscosity.
Maintenance and maintenance of type rotary plate vacuum pump
1. Precautions:
1. Keep the 2XZ vacuum pump clean and prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Maintain the oil level of the 2XZ rotary plate vacuum pump.
3. When water or other volatile substances enter the pump and affect the vacuum, the gas valve can be opened to purify it and observe the vacuum recovery. It is invalid for several hours. The pump oil should be replaced and it can be replaced again if necessary. Oil change method: The pump runs for about half an hour to make the oil thinner, stop the pump and drain oil through the oil drain hole, and then open the air inlet and run for 10 to 20 seconds. During this period, a small amount of cleaning pump oil can be added slowly from the intake port to replace the oil in the pump chamber. If the oil is dirty, the latter can be repeated.
4. The 2XZ vacuum pump should not be mixed with diesel, gasoline and other oils with large saturated steam pressure to avoid reducing the vacuum. When removing and washing parts in the pump, you can usually wipe it with gauze. When metal debris, sand mud or other harmful substances need to be cleaned, they can be scrubbed with gasoline or other materials, and can only be assembled after drying. Do not soak in gasoline.
5. If the pump needs to be disassembled and cleaned or repaired, you must pay attention to the disassembly and assembly steps to avoid damaging the machine parts.
2. The disassembly and assembly steps of 2XZ type vacuum pump are briefly described as follows:

2. Loosen the flange screw of the air intake nozzle, pull out the intake nozzle, loosen the flange screw of the air intake valve, and pull out the flange valve.
3. Remove the fuel tank.
4. Remove the check valve opening pin and remove the check valve impeller.
5. Remove the connecting screws between the support and the pump, and remove the pump part assembly. Whether the motor is removed depends on the convenience.
6. Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, and pull out the second rotor and rotary plate. When removing the low-level rotor, remove the opening pin first.
2. Assembly of 2XZ type vacuum pump:
1. Wipe the parts with gauze to prevent the return wire from blocking the oil holes, and clean with cleaning liquid and brush.
2. After installing the rotor blade into the rotor groove, install the rotor into the stator, that is, the spring body, install the L pump cover, pin, screw, key, and coupling. If rotating it by hand, there should be no leakage resistance or obvious weight. When installing, the top surface of the stator should be facing down so that the rotor is close to the arc surface of the stator with the help of gravity. The gap is 0.0lmm.
3. The assembly method of low-level rotor is the same as above.
4. When installing check parts such as check valve impeller, the check valve head should be faced with the oil inlet oil hole, rotate the rotor according to the steering during work and gently block the impeller with your hand. The oil hole should be opened and closed at the same time, and adjust the opening height of the valve head plane to 0.8~1.2 mm. The specific position of the check valve seat and rubber check valve head in the valve stem hole can be realized. Simple check method: Facing the impeller, make the Φ3mm transmission pin in the horizontal position of the right hand, and toss the impeller clockwise. At this time, the opening height of the check valve head plane is close to large, which should be 0.8~1.2mm. After the rotor stops at any position and the hand is released from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically drop down the oil opening.
5. Install the exhaust valve, oil barrier and other parts of the 2XZ rotary plate vacuum pump part.
6. Install the pump part, keys, couplings and motor on the support.
7. Install the fuel tank.
8. Insert the air inlet, air-blocking valve, and install flange to secure it.
Note:
Apply cleaning vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.
Remember the original assembly position of the parts to reduce the running time.
