Product overview

The WSY type pump produced by our unit is a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic liquid pump. Due to the different concentration lengths of the deep storage tank and storage tank, the concentration under the design liquid has any choice between 80mm-300mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid can be started without filling the liquid.

The parts of the pump in contact with the medium are made of phenolic glass fiber modified by polyethylbutyrate, phenolic glass steel parts molded by high temperature molding, and phenolic glass steel pipes made of semi-dry winding process for connecting pipe and liquid outlet pipe. The impeller assembly is bonded with phenolic cement and pump shaft, and the assembly of all parts under the liquid is bonded with phenolic cement, so that all metal is in contact with the medium under the liquid. Reliable corrosion resistance, the product has light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties, in the aspect of corrosion protection can replace molybdenum stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy and other precious metals.

Transmission and rotation direction of the pump: the pump is driven directly by the motor through the claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.

The pump is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries. The ideal equipment for conveying corrosive media such as various non-oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) without suspended solid particles, which are not easy to crystallize and the temperature is not higher than 100℃.
